Deadcember day 17...was fuckin awesome!!!! Previous 1rm for deadlift was 225...finally busted that and hit 235 today. I've been calculating my percentages off shooting for a 250 at the end of the month. We were supposed to reach for 90% or greater so this put me at 95%. Them proceeded to hit a rep pr for bench. I've been calculating my percentages at 115 for bench, so I overshot and tried to go for 100% for 3 😅 almost got two in before I lowered it to 105. I'll still take it 🙏
